“We welcome Lebogang to the Motheo family, and are positive that her professionalism, positive attitude, energy, and good work ethic will go a long way to energise the business in her demanding new role,” Motheo Infrastructure Contractors CEO Archie Rutherford comments.
The Motheo Construction Group’s twenty-year model of transforming into a truly-empowered company is not only a first for the South African construction industry, but sets a benchmark globally, according to founder Dr. Thandi Ndlovu, who established the company in 1997 to focus initially on housing projects. In this regard, it comprises six black female shareholders with a majority stake.
